Licensed mental health professional (RCI registered or equivalent)
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
