Service Description

YouMat provides a platform to connect users with mental health professionals via chat, voice, and video sessions. YouMat is not an emergency service and does not replace in-person medical care.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and profile information.
• Maintain sufficient wallet balance before starting billable sessions.
• Treat counsellors and other users respectfully and follow community guidelines.
• Do not use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, or crisis situations requiring emergency services.

Counsellor Services

Counsellors on YouMat are independent professionals. YouMat facilitates connections and payments but does not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes.

Payments & Billing

• Sessions are billed per minute from your prepaid wallet.
• Wallet top-ups are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Rates and fees may change with prior notice on the platform.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or pose a safety risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
